Group Training

Strength for every body.

Our small weekly group classes bring people together without losing what makes coaching at inSynergy Wellness work in the first place — every session is still properly coached, every rep still watched and adjusted. It's just that this time, you're doing it alongside a few other people working toward the same thing.

What it looks like

Groups are kept deliberately small — never a crowded, anonymous class where you're left to figure out your own form. Loral is coaching the room the whole time, the same way she would in a one-on-one session, just with more people to work with and more energy in the room.

Programming still progresses properly over time rather than repeating the same session every week, and it's still built around genuine strength and conditioning fundamentals — not a bootcamp-style class chasing exhaustion for its own sake.

Small class sizes Properly coached, not just supervised Progressive programming Suitable for all training backgrounds

Scalable for every level

Programming varies from class to class, drawing on a range of training modalities and gradually stretching what each person is capable of. The loading for any given movement is scalable to suit the level of each participant, so someone new to strength training and someone who's been at it for years can do the same session side by side, each working at the right level for them.

Who it's for

Group training suits people who enjoy training alongside others, want a bit of shared accountability, or are simply looking for a more affordable way into proper coaching than one-on-one sessions. It works well alongside one-on-one or two-to-one coaching too, for people who want both.
